Interested parties Metropolitan Life Insurance Company and Metropolitan Tower Resources Group, Inc. (collectively, “Met-Life”) appeal the trial court’s order granting Peachtree Settlement Funding, LLC’s application for approval of transfer of structured annuity benefits. Pursuant to the terms of a wrongful death settlement, Esperanza Hughes is entitled to receive monthly payments of $6,500 for the duration of her life.
