This is an appeal from a judgment entered in an interpleader action involving structured settlement payments. Appellant Mark D. Johnson and appellee Structured Asset Services, LLC (Structured Asset) were the competing claimants. Johnson appeals the Final Judgment in favor of Structured Asset, awarding it funds that were placed in the registry of the court by Integrity Life Insurance Company, Inc., pursuant to a structured settlement agreement.
