Cross-injunctions have been allowed in these causes, and they ought, if possible, to be disposed of speedily. The election of the officers of the corporation interested has been postponed for some months awaiting the determination of the questions in this *264suit. Counsel on both sides have fully argued both causes, and they may, 1 think, be now determined with fairness to all.
