MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER
CHARLES M. CALDWELL, Bankruptcy Judge.
This Memorandum Opinion and Order constitutes the Court’s ruling on the Motions of Trustee filed on June 7, 1996, by Arnold S. White (“Trustee”), and the Memorandum Contra of Arter & Hadden filed on July 26, 1996 by Grady L. Pettigrew, Jr. (“Mr. Petti-grew”) and Arter & Hadden (“A & H”). In this Memorandum Opinion and Order, the Court addresses the Trustee’s request for the imposition of sanctions and request for disgorgement of fees.
