On February 1, 1924, appellant, engaged in the wholesale business of distributing gasoline and lubricating oils and greases, entered into a written contract with respondent, whereby the latter became the local agent of the former for the sale and distribution of appellant’s products in the city of Pocatello and surrounding territory, upon a commission basis. This relationship continued thereafter until about January 1, 1929.
