GOODRICH, Circuit Judge.
This is an appeal from an order of the District Court of the United States for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania denying a motion filed by the appellant, Frederick Steese, the object of which, in his words, was to have a conviction against him “declared null and void to the end that it be expunged from the records.” The petitioner’s original motion stated that he is incarcerated in the New York State Prison, having been convicted of the crime of forgery in that state.
