José, Manuel, and Catalina Oliver Aresti brought an action of unlawful detainer against Feliciano Soto as a tenant at will. Antonia Pérez Zambrana obtained leave of the court to intervene and filed a complaint in intervention. On February 14, 1940, the district court ordered the eviction of defendant and dismissed the complaint of intervention. Two days later defendant and intervener filed their notice of appeal. On February 19, Antonia Pérez Zambrana, as principal, and the Grlens Falls Indemnity Company, as surety, submitted to the court for its approval a bond of $800, binding themselves to…
