This is a mandate proceeding. An amended accusation was filed before the State Board of Accountancy against Floyd J. Kramer, individually, and Kramer and Zueker, a copartnership consisting of Floyd J. Kramer and Marshall Zucker, 1 charging in effect (so far as here pertinent) that appellants 2 had prepared certain balance sheets for a client, stamping thereon “Prepared from Books of Accounts,” 3 although they knew they were not prepared from the books of accounts of the company; and that they delivered such balance sheets to the client.
