This Court held an evidentiary hearing regarding Plaintiffs’ Motion to Reopen Judgment Regarding Mental Health Care and Issue a Preliminary Injunction on October 11-18, 2006. Also considered during the hearing were two other motions by Plaintiffs, which will be determined later.
