Plaintiff brought suit in trover seeking to recover certain personal property (billboards) or the equivalent value of that property, which was located on defendant’s realty. Plaintiff also sought punitive damages for defendant’s alleged wrongful conversion of the personalty, along with attorney fees. Defendant brings this appeal from the judgment awarding plaintiff the billboards in question and punitive damages. On cross appeal, plaintiff asserts error in the trial court’s grant to defendant of judgment n.o.v. as to the jury award of attorney fees. We affirm the court’s…
