Before the court are two motions: (1) a motion for summary judgment submitted by representative class plaintiffs Kathy Lefler, Ray Judd, Michael Tuft, and Matthew Swainston, and a certified class of similarly-situated persons (collectively “plaintiffs”); and (2) a motion for summary judgment submitted by defendant United Healthcare of Utah, Inc.
