MEMORANDUM OPINION

ARTHUR B. FEDERMAN, Bankruptcy Judge.

Creditor Charles F. Curry Company (Curry) moves this Court to annul the automatic stay and objects to confirmation of debtor Michael Adams’ Chapter 13 plan. This is a core proceeding under 28 U.S.C. § 157(b)(2)(G) and (L) over which the Court has jurisdiction pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1334(b), 157(a), and 157(b)(1). For the reasons set forth below, I find that the foreclosure sale is void, the motion to lift stay is, therefore, denied, and the plan must be modified to reflect the proper amount of the arrearage owed to Curry, as well as the…
