MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER
JERRY W. VENTERS, Bankruptcy Judge.
This matter is before the Court on competing motions filed by Atlantic Mortgage & Investment Corp. (“Atlantic”) and John Voris Williams, Jr. (“Debtor” or “Williams”), the Debtor in these Chapter 13 proceedings, concerning a foreclosure sale conducted by Atlantic on December 28, 2000, of the Debtor’s residence property in Parkville, Missouri. The sale was conducted in violation of the automatic stay of 11 U.S.C. § 362.
