Charles E. Smith and Zola F. Smith, his wife, sued John Haley and Henrietta Haley, his wife, and Ellis S. Ruby and Anna M. Ruby, his wife to set aside a trustee’s deed to Ellis S. Ruby by John Haley, trustee, following a foreclosure sale under a deed of trust securing plaintiffs’ $1,650 note payable to defendants Ruby, and a deed by defendants Ruby conveying said land to defendants Haley.
