This matter comes before this court on cross appeals by the parties, the St. Paul Trust Company, the executor of the will of Norman W. Kittson, deceased, on the one side, and-certain *412devisees and legatees under liis will on the other, from orders of the district court of the county of Ramsey denying their respective motions for a new trial.
