BRATTON, Circuit Judge.

This is a proceeding in equity in which two judgment creditors of- a dissolved corporation assert and seek to enforce rights resulting from the distribution of the assets of the corporation as liquidating dividends.

The Post Printing & Publishing Company was incorporated under the laws of Missouri in 1917, with an authorized capital stock of $100,000 divided into 1,000 shares of the par value of $100 each. It printed and published the Kansas City Post, a newspaper of wide circulation. The name of, the corporation was changed in 1922 to Star Printing & Publishing Company.…
