This is a suit for damages for the alleged breach of a written building contract entered into between plaintiff, defendant, and the Security Building & Loan Association on March 4r 1925. Defendant denied liability, and filed a reconventional demand for extra work.

There was judgment in favor of plaintiff for the sum of $700 on the main demand, and defendant’s reconventional demand was dismissed. The defendant has appealed.
