MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

Plaintiff Pathfinder Software, LLC (“Pathfinder”) brings this action against Defendant Core Cashless, LLC (“Core Cashless”), alleging common law trademark infringement; false designation of origin in violation of the Lanham Act, 15 U.S.C. § 1125(a) (2012); and unfair and deceptive trade practices in violation of state statutes, N.C. Gen.Stat. § 75-1.1 (2015). (Compl. 9-12, ECF No. 1.)
