I. Introduction
Beth Tracy Stollman is the Debtor in this Chapter 7 case and the Defendant in this adversary proceeding. The Plaintiffs are two law firms and one accounting firm, all of whom rendered services for the Debtor in connection with her divorce proceeding. After the Debtor filed this Chapter 7 case, the Plaintiffs brought this adversary proceeding seeking a determination of the non-dischargeability of the debts owed to them by the Debtor and also objecting to the Debtor’s discharge.
