This CPLR article 78 proceeding to review and annul the determination of respondent which revoked approval for petitioner’s operation of a methadone maintenance treatment program and directed that it cease operations within 30 days was transferred to this court pursuant to CPLR 7803 (subd 4) and 7804 (subd [g]) by order of Justice Sutton, entered November 3, 1977, since the application in part raises issues as to whether the determination by respondent was supported by substantial evidence.
