Plaintiff, giggle, Inc., formerly-known-as Ali Wing, Inc., brought suit against Defendant, netFocal, Inc., doing-business-as The Giggle Guide, for claims of trademark infringement under the Lanham Act, 15 U.S.C. §§ 1114(1), 1125(a), and New York state law, along with claims of unfair competition and unfair and deceptive trade practices under New York state law.
