Plaintiff Rockland Exposition, Inc. (“Plaintiff’ or “REI”) brings this action against Defendants Alliance of Automotive Service Providers of New Jersey (“AASP”), Tom Elder, Thomas Greco, Thomas Greco Publishing, Inc., and Glenn Villacari (collectively, “Defendants”).
