Rhonda Tadlock filed claims against Marshall County HMA (“the hospital”) for discrimination based on a disability under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), workers’ compensation retaliation under Oklahoma law, and interference with Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA) rights. The district court granted summary judgment to the hospital on the ADA discrimination and workers’ compensation retaliation claims, but allowed the FMLA interference claim to go to trial.
