This adversary proceeding relates to the Chapter 7 bankruptcy petition filed by Martin Bruetman (“Bruetman” or “Debt- or”) on March 22, 1999 under 11 U.S.C. § 101 et seq. Diego Herbstein (“Herb-stein” or “Plaintiff’) filed a five count Amended Adversary Complaint (“Adversary Complaint”) seeking to deny Bruet-man’s discharge and to determine the dis-chargeability of a debt owed to him by Bruetman.
