Facts
Molex Incorporated, a Delaware corporation with its principal place of business in Illinois, makes cable assemblies. In 1978, Molex hired James Nolen, a Texas citizen, as its sales representative in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. Tandy Corporation is a large electronics firm located in that area.
