ORDER ON CONFIRMATION OF PLAN
LEE M. JACKWIG, Chief Judge.
On December 2,1987 a hearing on confirmation of plan came on for hearing in Des Moines, Iowa. Among those present at the hearing were Rush M. Shortley appearing on behalf of the debtors and Kevin R. Query, Assistant U.S. Attorney, appearing on behalf of the Farmers Home Administration (FmHA).
The FmHA has raised four objections to the plan: (1) that the deduction of delinquent real estate taxes from the value of the real estate in question is improper in determining its allowed secured claim; (2) that the proposed 10-year payment term…
