B. F. Roberts, 48 years old, on October 17, 1961, while working in the employ of Mississippi Federated Cooperatives, in unloading 50 and 100 pound sacks of lime from a trailer truck, sustained an accidental injury. Compensation benefits were paid to him until December 6, 1961. When payments were stopped, he contended that he had not reached maximum recovery. The evidence on the issue of whether the alleged existing disability was referable to a compensable injury was in sharp conflict.
