¶1 Lome Kenneth Rooth appeals his convictions for first degree unlawful possession of a firearm, attempting to elude with a firearm enhancement, unlawful possession of a controlled substance — marijuana, and third degree driving while license suspended or revoked. We reverse the conviction for unlawful possession of a firearm because the State conceded, and we agree, that there was *764insufficient evidence to support a conviction concerning possession of the .22 caliber handgun.
