Appeal from Circuit Court, Nicholas County. Suit by Charles Cunningham against the Birch River Lumber Company and others to enforce a lien of a judgment. Decree for the plaintiff, and the defendant lumber company appeals.

Ritz, President:

This suit was brought for the purpose of enforcing the lien of an alleged judgment in favor of the plaintiff against the real estate of the defendant, Birch River Lumber Company, and from a decree granting the relief desired this appeal is prosecuted.

The bill as amended alleges that the plaintiff, on the 6th day of June, 1914, obtained a judgment against the defendant Birch River Lumber Company before a justice of the peace of Nicholas county, for the sum of $277.75, with interest and costs, which judgment was duly docketed in the office of the clerk of the county court of…
