"Werdelibaugh and others, judgment creditors of John Flynn, filed their bill in the circuit court of Ritchie county, in September 1879, against John and Edward Reid and others, to set aside, as fraudulent and voluntary, a conveyance for five hundred and sixty-eight acres of land, in said county, made by said John Elynn to said Reids, and to subject the said land to the payment of their judgments.
