ALBRIGHT, Justice.

This is an appeal by Marlene J. McGee (hereinafter “Appellant”) from an order of the Circuit Court of Mineral County directing that a three percent cost of living adjustment (hereinafter “COLA”) be applied to her retirement, thereby raising the value of her retirement by $100,875.00 and substantially affecting her equitable distribution rights in her divorce from Louis L. McGee (hereinafter “Appellee”). The Appellant maintains that the lower court erred in applying the three percent COLA to her retirement account. She further maintains that she is entitled to attorney fees.…
