WOODROUGH, Circuit Judge.

Joseph Costello and Joseph John Can-nella prosecute these separate appeals from convictions upon jury verdicts for violating the Federal Firearms Act, to-wit: Sections 902(e) and 902(f), Title 15 U.S.C.A., and conspiracy to violate said sections.
