PONDER, Justice.
Griffin T. Hawkins, District Attorney for the Fourteenth Judicial District of .Louisiana, brought proceedings in the Parish of Calcasieu seeking to set aside an order issued by the District Judge,- dated September 15, 1952 commanding the jury commission of Calcasieu Parish to select a grand jury to meet on October 6, 1952 and a petit jury to serve for'the week beginning Monday, October 20, 1952.
