This case is here from the Court of Appeals by writ of certiorari. The decision of that court is reported in *336Reserve Ins. Co. v. Davis, 109 Ga. App. 535 (136 SE2d 469). The plaintiffs in error contend that the Court of Appeals erred in construing the contract of insurance against coverage. The necessary facts for our decision are as follows.
