This action originally consisted of five different complaints that, after multiple consolidations, have merged into one. The central claim before the Court, and the claim common to all plaintiffs, stems from Title 11 of the United States Bankruptcy Code. Bankruptcy Reform Act of 1978, 11 U.S.C. § 524 (1994).
