This case is before the court upon the Motion to Dismiss (Docket No. 15) filed by defendant PRASA (hereinafter referred to as “PRASA” which in the Spanish language the acronym is AAA which stands for Autoridad de Acueductos y Alcantaril-lados) and the Opposition thereto filed by the Plaintiff and/or Debtor (Docket No. 21).
