Respondent employer Berryman Equipment, Inc., appeals from an order of the circuit court of Du Page County dismissing the respondent’s judicial review of an order of the Illinois Industrial Commission (Commission) for want of subject-matter jurisdiction. Claimant is Paul E. Hauppa.
