This matter is before the Court on Sierra Club’s motion to enforce this Court’s Orders of March 31, 2006 and January 20, 2011. 2 Sierra Club alleges that the Environmental Protection Agency (“EPA”) has failed to promulgate emission standards for certain sources of three hazardous air pollutants as required under Section 112(c)(6) of the Clean Air Act and this Court’s Order.
