Michael Wilson entered a conditional guilty plea to possession with intent to deliver cocaine, I.C. § 37-2732(a)(l)(A), and manufacture of a controlled substance, marijuana, I.C. § 37-2732(a)(l)(B), preserving his right to appeal from the denial of his motion to dismiss and his motion to suppress. I.C.R. 11. Wilson makes three arguments on appeal.
