Introduction
' Plaintiffs, Trustees of the Mosaic and Terrazzo Welfare, Pension, Annuity and Vacation Funds and Trustees of the Bricklayers & Trowel Trades International Pension Fund (the “Funds”), bring this action pursuant to Section 502(a)(3) of the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974 (“ERISA”), as amended 29 U.S.C. § 1132(a)(3), and Section 3401 of the Labor Management Relations Act of 1947 (“LMRA”), as amended 29 U.S.C. § 185.
