In this ERISA case, Appellants Gerald W. Jones, John H. Askew, Jr., Lloyd E. Maddox, and Anna H. White, representing themselves and over 1,400 similarly-situated class members (collectively the “Appellants”), appeal the district court’s orders granting summary judgment in favor of Defendant-Appellee American General Life and Accident Insurance Company (“American General”) on their ERISA Section 502(a)(1)(B) breach of contract and equitable estoppel claims, and dismissing their Section 502(a)(3) breach of fiduciary duty claim pursuant to Rule 12(b)(6) of the Federal Rules…
