RIPPLE, Circuit Judge.

Fernand L. Fortier (“Mr.Fortier”) seeks review of the district court’s decision to grant the motion for summary judgment of Ameri-tech Mobile Communications, Inc. (“Ameri-tech”) as to Mr. Fortier’s discriminatory discharge claims under the ADEA and Title VII (Counts I and II) and his retaliatory dis charge claim under Title VII (Count III). 1 For the reasons set forth in the following opinion, we affirm the judgment of the district court.
