is one in ejectment brought by plaintiffs against defendants in an effort to try title to the gas underlying warrants 2000 and 2001 in Huston Township, Clear-field County, Pa. New York State Natural Gas Corporation and Godfrey L. Cabot, Inc., intervened as defendants in this proceeding. Cabot is the lessee of the gas in warrants 2000 and 2001 under leases executed by defendants.
