Action for damages for personal injuries sustained by Smith, plaintiff below, due to the alleged negligent operation of an automobile by one Robertson, one of the defendants below and a sales representative of the other defendant, General Foods Sales Company, Inc. The case was tried to a jury and plaintiff had judgment in the sum of $6,525 against both defendants.
