At the direction of a panel of the Lawyers Professional Responsibility Board, the Director of the Office of Lawyers Professional Responsibility filed a petition and a supplementary petition for disciplinary action against respondent John E. Grzybek. The petitions relate to Grzybek’s conduct with respect to three of his clients, and also include allegations relating to Grzybek’s failure to cooperate with disciplinary authorities.
