MEMORANDUM AND ORDER
LUNGSTRUM, District Judge.
This matter is presently before the court on defendants’ motion to compel arbitration and stay proceedings under the Federal Arbitration Act (Doc. # 8). For the reasons set forth below, defendants’ motion is granted.
I. Facts
Plaintiff is an at-will employee of defendant Insurance Company, of North America (ICNA). 1 Plaintiff works as a claims supervisor in Overland Park,, Kansas, handling workers’ compensation claims arising in Kansas and other states.
