MEMORANDUM AND ORDER
LUNGSTRUM, District Judge.
Plaintiff filed suit against defendant, her former employer, asserting claims of sexual harassment and retaliation in violation of Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, 42 U.S.C. § 2000e et seq., and wrongful discharge in violation of state law. This matter is presently before the court on defendant’s motion to dismiss and compel arbitration (doc. 2) and plaintiffs motion for leave to file a sur-reply (doc. 17).
