¶1 — This is an insurance coverage dispute between two excess insurers over which policy must respond to losses suffered by a nursing facility severely damaged by flood. On cross motions for summary judgment, the trial court construed the insurance policies to require The Travelers Property Casualty Company of America to provide $11 million flood and “ordinance or law” coverage before Certain Underwriters at Lloyd’s London’s (Lloyd’s) excess flood policy attached.
