This is the second appeal. The former is reported in (Tex. Civ. App.) 262 S. W. 866. The statement there made is sufficient, and whatever additional facts are necessary to be shown will be stated hereinafter. It is there shown, in substance: That appellants alleged they employed the appel-lees, practicing attorneys, to assist in the trial of seven cases then pending in the district court of Stephens county, for which appellants agreed to pay said attorneys the sum of $250 in cash and a-n interest of 50 acres in certain mineral leases in controversy in said suit.
