LESLIE, Chief Justice.
This suit was instituted by H. L. Severeid as next friend for his .minor daughter, Jane Marie Severeid, against the Terrell Wells Health,Resort, Inc., appellant herein. The nature of the cause of action alleged is, in substance, that on July 5, 1933, said Jane Marie Severeid in company with two of her neighbor friends, both minors, and the father of one of them, went to the resort of the appellant for the purpose of swimming; that the appellant operated a swimming pool for which it charged an entrance fee.
